If you’re thinking about sponsoring us, we’d really appreciate it! You’re helping bring together a group that’s passionate about Apple device management.
Although we can’t accept money directly due to tax reasons, here are some ideas:

Since our founding over a decade ago, our independence has remained one of our core values (which is kind of on-brand for a meetup based out of Philly). Most of our membership uses a diverse set of tools, so we promote all vendors equally.
If you’d like to sponsor a Greater Philadelphia Mac Admins meetup, here’s what we can promise:
- We’ll thank you when publishing the event. This includes here on our website, on our event’s RSVP page, and on the Mac Admins Slack.
- If we’re doing a presentation that includes our usual What’s New, we’ll include a “thank you” slide.
- If we’re doing a social meetup, we’ll let everyone know in-person that your generosity enabled the meetup to happen.
Here’s what we’d ask of you:
- We use our own event RSVP page. If you provide text/images to include, we’d be happy to use them.
- The RSVPs are private, but if you’d like to request attendee’s information during the event, people are welcome to volunteer that information. If you’d like a headcount for planning purposes, we can provide that. If you want to promote the event and send the RSVP page to your own customers, we’d welcome that!
If you want to do a presentation, here are our guidelines for that:
- If you want to speak strictly about your product, we ask that you keep it to 5 minutes or less.
- If you’d like to speak for longer, we’d ask that you present something that’d be relevant to all attendees. For example, you could speak about a new technology Apple provides in their OS, and mention at the end that your product supports this feature.
